• Rebranding expert: Led rebranding programmes from simple refreshes to complete brand overhauls.
• Mentoring and leadership: Mentored and coached many individuals and built award-winning marketing teams. As Marketing Director at Royal London Asset Management, developed the team from 2 people into a 32 strong multi-disciplinary function.
• Cultural integration specialist: Facilitated cultural integration during mergers and acquisitions to improve workplace culture and environment. Led Exec-level client experience improvement programmes.
• Event design and delivery: From simple round-table client gatherings to stadium brand launches and everything in between.
• Calming influence: Known as the “glue” in leadership teams; adept at handling sensitive transformations, crisis management, and market-sensitive communications; all with a laser focus on client experience.

The Cool Stuff

• Music lover: Initially aimed for music college but pursued a career in finance. Plays trombone, piano, and saxophone; enjoys listening to original rhythm and blues and Latin music.
• Cooking enthusiast: Loves cooking, especially baking for friends and family but enjoys learning the processes involved in different cuisines. MasterChef contestant one day? Who knows, watch this space.
• Avid traveller: Enjoys motorhome travel across the UK and Europe and has even presented to over 400 people on Teams while on the move - flexible working to the max. Appreciates the simplicity of life on the road but also loves the planning, re-planning, and problem-solving in amongst all the cultural delights.
