As a husband-and-wife duo, we founded White Puffin after a year of travel which allowed us to reflect and reset. Disenchanted with the corporate world, we decided to steer our own future. We formed White Puffin to assist businesses of any size by applying the skills and knowledge we have acquired over the years.

Tracy Bain

Co-Founder

Interesting fact: Puffins are Tracy's Spirit Animal. They’re resilient, sociable, and navigate well in challenging conditions. Favourite place to see them – Lunga, a small uninhabited island off the Isle of Mull, Scotland.

Mark Bain

Co-Founder

Interesting fact: Mark’s finance career was bookended by two historic stock-market crashes. He started the week of the 1987 “Black Monday” crash when he was just 17. Fast forward to 2020, and he decided to semi-retire just as the Covid-19 pandemic shook the markets. Being young and naive had its perks!

Woody

Chief Happiness Officer

Woody is our Cockapoo who loves keeping the White Puffin Co-founders mentally and physically fit. He is also a fan of Puffins having seen them up close and personal on the Isle of Lunga, and although having gundog pedigree he calmly sat next to them and had a chat. Woody also loves cheese, chasing tennis balls and making surprise appearances in teams meetings.
